About Us
On October 4, 1993, Attorney John F. Pellizzari founded his firm, in his hometown of Woonsocket, Rhode Island which remains the home of the firm’s flagship office with the singular goal of providing the best legal services in the areas of Personal Injury, Landlord/Tenant, Probate, Estate Planning, and Family Law in the State of Rhode Island and Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Since that time, the firm has handled hundreds of cases to successful completion, attributing its success to thoughtful preparation, knowledge of the law, and following through on a plan of action in each case that was cooperatively set-in place by the client and the firm early in the firm’s representation.
Attorney Pellizzari, is a 1980 graduate of Woonsocket Senior High School, 1984 graduate of Providence College, 1987 graduate of Suffolk University Law School and 1988 graduate of the United States Naval Justice School.
In an effort to get a “boots on the ground” understanding of all things medical, in 2008, Attorney Pellizzari graduated from the Community College of Rhode Island with an Associates Degree in Nursing and is a Registered Nurse with a special interest in intensive care unit nursing that has given him an edge in the handling of personal injury cases.
Attorney Pellizzari, is a former Woonsocket Associate Municipal Court Judge and veteran of the United States Naval Reserve Judge Advocate General’s Corps wherein he was honorably discharged in 1995 having attained the rank of Lieutenant. In 2012, Attorney Pellizzari was admitted to practice law in the State of Vermont and has served since that time as Of Counsel to Stevens Law Office in Stowe, Vermont.
